How do I book an apartment?

You can book directly through our website — fill in the form on the Booking page or contact us by email / WhatsApp. We respond within 24 hours with availability confirmation and the total price. Direct booking means no agency commissions.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. A flexible or early check-in may be arranged depending on availability.

How far is the sea?

The apartments are just 2 minutes' walk from the first beach. Put Luke street leads directly to the sea and the coastal promenade.

Is parking included?

Yes, each apartment has one private parking space in front of the property, free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Yes, all apartments have free high-speed Wi-Fi included.

What is the minimum stay?

During the high season (June–September) the minimum stay is 3 nights. Outside the season we accept stays from 2 nights. Contact us for shorter stays — we try to be flexible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on arrival or bank transfer in advance. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remainder is due on check-in.

Pets are welcome with prior notice. Please mention the number and type of pets when booking so we can assign you the most suitable apartment.
